My mom bought my brother in law some stuff for his 22nd bday. she spent alot of money when she got one of the items it was a scoutlight pro. the thing didnt have all the parts and it did not work so thinking like any good company would make it right she sent it back and they kept her money like a good $350 they told her some BS about not gettin a refund and long story short they robbed our family big F U you should lose your business - If i steal I go to jail but if you steal.. nothing? A bad review..

GBI accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the… I accidentally ordered 2 pairs of the shoes I wanted. I immediately called customer services (6:30pm EST) and they helped me fix my order right away. Most places I buy online are closed at this hour but they answered fairly quickly and resolved my issue within minutes. I was definitely pleased with my purchasing experience.

GBThe customer service team is amazing. The customer service team in every department are eagerly helpful. Especially Erik in the women’s shoe department and Samuel in sports. They have a wide variety of everything and anything you may need or want. The atmosphere is just great!

GBPurchase at Scheels. Everyone was very helpful and… Everyone was very helpful and understanding. Giving Veterans a discount is very appreciated. I was told by an associate to make sure I got my veterans discount. When I was checking out he told the other person to make sure I got the discount. Everyone was courteous and helpful.
