Customer service is right on point and has replied very quickly and have been extremely helpful! I recommend Warriors Tackle to everyone I know! Amazing!

Not what I was expecting.... The two stars I'm giving are for the good customer service and the fact that some of the proceeds are going to a good cause. I ordered the Pro box and I'm pretty disappointed. The pictures on the website show a good mix of branded baits in original manufactures packaging. What I received was basically a blister pack of unbranded baits which looks like something that you would find in the fishing section of a big box store. It's not something that I would buy again, but unfortunately I have 2 more months already paid for. I can't believe that someone though this change was a good idea. I do not recommend. Response to reply.... Thank you for the reply. Thank you for the offer for replacement baits, but I did not write my review to get free product. I wrote my review so that other people who look at the pictures on your website understand that the pictures do not represent what they will receive. Also, just because a bait is made by the same manufacture that makes top quality baits, doesn't mean that it will be the same quality. Top bait companies spend years developing baits and to say that a different bait is the same quality because it is manufactured in the same factory is at best misleading. Awful customer service and medicore… Awful customer service and medicore tackle. I signed up for a 3 month subscription and the tackle was the same each month and not specific to location or preference of fish. Bulk of tackle was far too large. Then after the 3 months they auto assigned me another 3 months... there is an option for a 6 month subscription so if I wanted that why wouldnt I have signed up? Immediately after i got the email that i was automatically enrolled in another subscription, I wrote them that I did not want another subscription. Mind you, this was a full month before the subscription would of been sent out. They wrote back, no refunds. I replied daily at least 5 additional times and they wouldn't write back to me. Would never recommend them due. My 15 year old son loves the surprise tackles boxes that we get elsewhere but was not even excited for this one after the first month's shipment.

Too many of their own cheap china baits. Too many of their own cheap china baits. Even though they may be made in the same place does not make them greater or even equal. They make the bait to the company buying the products standards. Which did not impress me at all. Just left me frustrated. Yes 4 is too many. Out of 10 items 40% were warriors baits. The other six items split between 3 other manufacturer's. The variety was lacking.

GARBAGE I still have not received any correspondence from a supervisor like I was told I would. A company that says they support Veterans should not treat Veterans the way I’ve been treated. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS COMPANY!!!!
