Only thing they could do better is provide tracking. I waited like 3 or 4 business days and never got a ship notice. Then I emailed them about status of my order, well the next day the items were delivered, so tracking and notification could be better. Would def buy from them again.

Don't buy from them Don't buy from them. I purchased a shell holder and it was supposed to fit my shotgun. It doesn't and when I called them I got the story I can return it and pay a 10% restocking fee and shipping. Thier product doesn't fit eventhough they say it would in the description and 'm getting screwed great customer service. Avoid them I'm out $85 you don't have to make the same mistake.

Magpul MS3 Sling Gen 2 Product was bought via third party vendor (Wal-Mart). Product arrived as described, on time and in proper packaging to prevent shipping damage. Checked product selection on web page, MPS offers quality equipment at reasonable prices, will buy from this company again.

Do not purchase from them I purchased the PTK-M Angled Foregrip. The product itself is nice though false advertisement from the video they provided. It does not have storage nor does it come with the thumb guard. Not worth 40 dollars for just that. However, the worse part is the seller. The item was obviously used for it was already opened and dirty, it literally had a detached insect wing on it. When I went to attach it to my AR15, I discovered one of the M-Lok nuts were not even threaded! That must be why it was sent back in the first place and they just decided to send out to me, disgusting. I would not suggest this seller! In fact I tried to post this on their site but they will not post it! Smart on their part but damn they are rotten!

Ordered a front grip for a firearm Ordered a front grip for a firearm, package apparently got lost before it even left the state. I contacted MSP and both they and I did a missing mail search. A month later and still nothing. I asked MSP to either send a new one or refund my order. They refused to do either. They said I have to wait 90 days. Having to dispute the charge with my bank now. Absolutely worst customer service ever. Do not order from them.
