Our pet's treatment lasted a few weeks so we're really pleased that we only had to place a claim once and the rest of the treatment was added each time we visited the vets. GBI had a claim last year when my dog… I had a claim last year when my dog needed an operation. It was a one off and not an ongoing condition. This year they have doubled my premium to £80 per month.

GBGood value compared to competition I have never claimed (but evidence suggests this is not an issue): what is good is the price: Argos pat insurance is good value. I have two cats insured with Argos (one at £7000, the other £2000, both life). There does not seem to be additional costs to claim other than excess.

GBMy dog was diagnosed with a blood… My dog was diagnosed with a blood condition and put to sleep 3 weeks later. Argos refused to pay the vets fees because we took him for a consult about a broken tooth just before the blood condition was spotted. Lost my baby and £2000 vets fees.
