Customer Service Lives! Ok, after hours of research and looking at inventory, it came to two knives , a Hogue, and a Piranha. I went after the Hogue, a couple days later I check email and a notice that unfortunately out of stock! Most companies that’s it story over! However a representative call her B, wrote and offered me options! Well I texted back to simply swap out the piranha ( payment already processed) anyway I included all contact info I knew this was going to be a long drawn out process and I may never see a knife , maybe my funds also! Save money and buy from Knifeworks. I have made several purchases from Knifeworks and the shipping is always super fast. Prices are generally better here than anywhere else especially Amazon.
