Financially fine, ethically not Pond5 teamed up with generative ai databases without explicit consent from their artists. I do not trust them as a business. Their financial practices have been fine, but I cannot trust a marketplace for artists that will team up with genAI projects without prior consent from the artists on the platform.

I have asked pond5 numerous times for my tracks/sfx to be specifically returned to my uploads page in order for me to personally delete them from it's system and i have been refused this option on each occasion by three different support agents. I sent an email to Pond5 legal department regarding the termination of my account and removal of all my tracks/sfx from pond5 and all it's distributors on the 31/3/2024,follow up email sent 5/4/2024 and 12/4/2024.Still waiting on a reply
