Excellent! Over the years I have ordered several items from Windy City Novelties, and I have never been disappointed. The quality is great for the price, there are numerous items available for specialty occasions and delivery has always been on time or before expected. They have been an excellent vendor.

Over priced for poor quality products The Jelly Rings we ordered were great. But everything else we ordered, the cat and crown led headpieces, were all broken/ broke as we unpackaged them/broke shortly after being unpacked. I was extremely disappointed and shocked, considering I had just received a very similar order from Amazon two weeks prior. The Amazon products were better quality and a lot less money. I would like to discuss getting some money back on this order, please.
