GBI sent in a perfectly good textbook… I sent in a perfectly good textbook that I had purchased brand new one year prior. It had no highlighting in it, or torn pages. It was in perfect condition. I received an email saying it was not usable and it would be recycled. No further explanation was given. No pictures Were provided. The book was not returned and no money was received. I will not be using your service again
