No reason to use anyone else. I've used Cyberweld for a couple of years now ever since I took over running our shop. Ordering from Cyberweld is easy, and generally they have everything I need. Occaisionally, some items have been out of stock, but with todays supply chain issues that is understandable. I have on several occaisions talked with customer service and found them to be very courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Prices are fair and competitive. I see no reason to use anyone else for my welding supply needs.

Great as always The first shipment was processed quickly and sent. Then my package was lost by FedEx. Cyberweld was quick on reprocessing it and got the replacement sent out quickly. The women I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful through everything.

Cyberweld Experience The ordering process went smoothly. However, I needed to return a faulty item and you cannot get through by calling. The line was always busy. I sent an email and a representative called me to get the issue resolved!

Fast shipping and Great customer service Ordered and it was shipped within 12 to 48 hours. I even had to call customer service because something was missing and that was shipped within 48 hours also. Prices and added bonus were better when compared to other companies. I definitely recommend buying from them.

Fantastic prices and service Here's the first thing, I'm real cheap and I never pay for shipping, so I shopped around looking at several other sites and Cyberweld had the best prices for the items I wanted, by far, and they had free shipping on orders over $50 bucks. I placed my order on a Friday around 10am, I hoped to get it by the middle of the next week, well, I'm sitting there on Sunday, getting ready to watch football and here comes the FedEx guy with my order, on SUNDAY!!!, like 48 hours after I ordered it!!!!...I was really impressed by that...I give Cyberweld 5 stars on price and 5 stars on service, I will certainly use them again...Thank You Cyberweld, you have a new customer...
