Yow = YES I have two very large dogs. They are expensive to feed. Yowpets is the least costly of all Fromm brand-authorized retailers. When I call, their customer service is always excellent. When I first discovered this company and made an auto order, I had the incorrect number on the address on file. Fortunately, the person that received the items called Yow and they promptly called AND emailed me to let me know about the error. I am pretty sure I speak to the same representative every time. I highly recommend this company!!! I have referred many friends to the site. I will continue to do so.

Yow pets substituted a cheaper version… Yow pets substituted a cheaper version of the Canine Caviar product I ordered without notice and did not adjust the pricing. When asked about it, they said they bought the product in bulk, and that Canine Caviar was discontinuing it which that is why it looked different. This was not so. I ordered the product from another company just to see, and the Canine Caviar product came and looked just as it should. My dogs did not really like the one that Yowpets was sending and were so happy to have the real thing when it arrived. I was paying for grass fed Buffalo jerky, but got something else.

Great experience with Yow Pets! My experience with Yow Pets was great! Twice in December I ordered premium cat foods that were out of stock everywhere else I tried, and both orders were processed promptly, very well packaged, and delivered in good time by FedEx and UPS. I’m happy to have discovered them!

I dare you to find better customer service I had mistakenly put the wrong street number in the address for auto delivery. The person that got the order called to let Yowpets know there was an error. Customer service immediately reached out to me and asked that I contact them to clarify the issue. They were able to provide me with the phone number of the person who received the order so I could make it right. I’ve never experienced such thorough customer service. I’m 1,000,000% sold on Yowpets. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. Their prices are even lower than those of my local tack store so, that is another plus….
