GBNeed more shipping options Overall the shopping experience with Sole Seriouss is decent. I’ve ordered from you all numerous times and never had an issue. However, this particular order was shipped via the United States Postal Service. I don’t know why you ship shoes through the post office. Everyone knows the post office has a bad track record. Still waiting on my shoes and they were supposed to be delivered today but no such luck. Please go back to shipping with UPS. Edit: The tracking was updated to being delivered on Monday, 9/11 AFTER I sent an investigation request. The original delivery date was Saturday, 9/9. I’ll wait and see if they actually deliver the package. I’ve had so many issues with my mail I’m just afraid they won’t come. We shall see! Good to know I can request a certain delivery method.
