Need more shipping options Overall the shopping experience with Sole Seriouss is decent. I’ve ordered from you all numerous times and never had an issue. However, this particular order was shipped via the United States Postal Service. I don’t know why you ship shoes through the post office. Everyone knows the post office has a bad track record. Still waiting on my shoes and they were supposed to be delivered today but no such luck. Please go back to shipping with UPS. Edit: The tracking was updated to being delivered on Monday, 9/11 AFTER I sent an investigation request. The original delivery date was Saturday, 9/9. I’ll wait and see if they actually deliver the package. I’ve had so many issues with my mail I’m just afraid they won’t come. We shall see! Good to know I can request a certain delivery method.

Excellent The service

Haven't received my order I placed 2 orders last month on 3/17 and on 3/19. Haven't received either shoe and the pair that I ordered on 3/19 shipped and has been sitting on Brooklyn since the 4th of April. And has not been any movement since. My other order that I ordered on the on 3/17 hasn't even moved at all. These two pair of shoes combined is more than 600 dollars I think it's a lil ridiculous that there is no movement at all after almost a month ago I placed these orders

Received shoes! Perfect! Still have not received my order which I placed Feb 17th. Received order today March 26th and am very pleased with the shoes. 😊
