Buyer beware!! Buyer beware!! Poor customer service. Company demonstrates no accountability. While when you activate your test kit, it says results can take six to eight weeks, true, however they send text messages with erroneous information and do not update their dashboard, SO, be prepared to call, multiple times to get any kind of an actual update, other than results are taking longer anticipated. My little girl has been waiting for a while to get these results with zero update to the estimated receipt of your results. Just use another company.

Confirmed the document evidence My DNA results took much longer to arrive than I expected, so I spent those weeks filling out my family tree. When the results arrived, I felt that they affirmed what I was finding through the document evidence. I was impressed that the system estimates what portions of my background come from my paternal vs. maternal side.

AncestryDNA has been great, greater with .csv files AncestryDNA has been great. It would be even greater if they could allow me to get the results in a .csv file or an excel file. I go out to places in the mountains where there is no internet connection searching for graves. It would help greatly if I could take the DNA results files with me out there.

Average I still can’t view the ‘traits’ section of my DNA analysis. An ‘error’ notice appears instead of the traits info. My sister is posted as my ‘brother’. Some (two) fun photos of my grandmother. Average experience.

It was a very exciting experience It was a very exciting experience. However once clicking on what I thought was my grandmother and realised it was incorrect, I was unable to change it. It was an interesting result and would recommend it.
