I bought a guitar support which apparently had a fault and they promptly sent me an email stating the issue and they shipped out the new item right away.( I had noticed the problem but it was so minor I didn't even say anything to them) How many companies do that? $500 worth of strings for $100 It was a little difficult to identify the exact strings I wanted as the names didn't match up with the way they are marketed in retail outlets. That was the only issue I faced. Once I started the order process everything was smooth. Selection, check-out, confirmation and e-mail updates on the status were very satisfying. I received the strings exactly on the day I expected them and I have been thrilled with them since. I was also surprised to find TWO (2) Notes of thanks within the package. The obligatory form letter "thank you" from the President (although my name was written in pen as well as his signature) was included but there was also a hand-written thank you note from the guy who fulfilled my order (Steve, if I read it correctly). Simple, yet elegant personal touch.

These guys have a passion for strings! I have ordered now 3 times and each every time my strings order arrived correct and before promised. And given I have two old Martin guitars, a Fender strat and Jazz bass plus a violin, banjo and mandolin they have not seen the last of me!
