GBZero customer service Made a mistake on my order, wrote them an email before the comics were shipped. Asked if the comic I had ordered erroneously could be replaced by the one I actually wanted. The answer was no, their automated system did not allow for any changes to me made after ordering. Wow. Horrific customer service. Or the company is being run by machines.
