Great Shopping experience The book I ordered arrived in great condition. The price was very good and it arrived sooner than expected. I'm very happy with this transaction.

My book got lost in the mail My book got lost in the mail. Customer Service was not very helpful in finding it. Since they use USPS there is no picture of the delivery. Therefore, we had no idea on where it was delivered. Thankfully our post office is friendly and the driver that day just happened to remember where they dropped the package. So I got my book back. I would like to see them use UPS or FedEx so students don’t get in a bind when their books aren’t delivered.

The last shall be first! I ordered several books at the same time. The books I just received were coming from a distance that made me think they would be the last ones I would receive. Surprise! They were the first, and they arrived a week or two before the promised date. I am still waiting on the other books. Thank you for the fast service. It is much appreciated.
