If I could give 6 stars I would What a great company. I ordered toddler mittens for my little guy for Christmas. I was unfortunately sent the wrong color. When I called to have it corrected, I was offered the choice of trading it for the right color, or keeping the one they'd sent me for free! Now that's great customer service. His exact words were, "We'd rather be the highlight of Christmas than the lowlight." Mission accomplished. Thanks, Campman.com!

Superior experience Camp man provides a superior experience With regard to customer service and shipping. I gave very confusing orders requesting two different glove sizes and an additional glove. Chris helped me with the exchanges. Additionally when I was debating between different gloves to purchase in the first place I was given excellent guidance as to which gloves would be best for each activity. Campman knows their stuff and is ready to help.

Fast and Friendly Amazon made a mistake on my order and Chris, at CampMan, was quick to get it fixed. I'll be working directly with CampMan from now on. The Coaxsher radio chest Pro model works great with my small urban search and rescue pack. For wilderness search, when I have a larger back pack, I use the smaller Coaxsher Scout model. It fits better with the Osprey AG.
