Shipping subpar Buying experience was smooth and easy. Shipping however was entirely botched. I ordered a case and they just shipped as is. Clearly stating it is a case of Pokemon TCG, giving thieves a clear opportunity. In addition, the product isn't properly protected. After spending over $600 you'd expect them to at least slap a box around the case.

Order incomplete… Shorted card minimum and missing 1 reached out multiple times never answered or reached back out. Disappointed.

Customer service Response I ordered ETB acrylic protectors 3 total 2 came perfect couldn’t ask for better quality 3 one came cracked asked for a replacement got one but came in worse condition like shattered on top of one side. Emailed them back about the replacement case being broken still haven’t gotten a reply after a week. Other than I love everything else they sell and do. Booster boxes from them gave me some of my best pulls and you can’t beat the price. Other than the customer service when something goes wrong this place is great.
