GBRepeat Customer This is my second time ordering a personalized song through Songfinch. The first one was right on the mark and absolutely perfect. It was over a year ago, and we still listen to the song as it was just so perfect. I purchased a song for my husband in February, and it wasn't what I expected. In hindsight, I realize that some Songfinch artists will use your words exactly so it sounds like you. For me, I wanted more of a lyrical expression and also a specific sound in the music. Customer service worked with me to select a new artist of whom I listened to lots of their songs and provided clear direction on a song vibe I was going for. I was also clearer about more thematic things I wanted in my song instead of it sounding more like a list of details related to us. When you request a song, be really specific about that to help your artist and also so you're not disappointed like I was. Thank you to Songfinch for working with me to get a song I loved, and thank you to my artist, Prettie Sample, for a stunning song.

GBHonestly Honestly, I liked what the song overall expressed, but it needed some editing. The company has yet to respond about their editing site not working, and this song about to be finial. If we’re able to make it right, I love it…. If not… well I like it, but it doesn’t live up to the cost, nor intention. Unless someone “anyone reaches back out to me” Save your money, unless you want to pay for a half-hearted song.

GBLittle chance to change your song 👎👎 Customer service and explanatoin of the process extremely poor; ability to change the song after a confusing process, they want to charge another $90. Really? For a $200 song, that's not a tiny amount of change, they should give you more time, and more opportunity for changes beyond just the lyrics -- or check the lyrics with you FIRST, then record it or have ANY chance to interact with the actual musician (which you dont get). I loved the lyrics, but the tempo and beat did not match the sample given for the musician I selected AT ALL. Totalllllly different style. A big disappointment as she does not listen to thaht genre of music at all, and it's much more slow and talking, less upbeat tempo like I requested... I don't want to blame the artist because it seems more like the policies of the company that are causing this problem. Also, I didnt even know my song was ready and by the time I checked back in, it was "too late" to edit.

GBWent from 1* to 5*. Insist on the issues and they fix it I have purchased a song and while the music and artist were great, the lyrics lacked creativity. The customer support told me I could change 8 lines, 4 included and 4 at an extra charge. When I insisted I needed to change much more than that they agreed to allow me to send the full revised lyrics via email and redo the song. After doing that the song was perfect and I’m really happy with the outcome! Songfinch turned a bad experience into a great one, which I think they try to do for everyone as long as you express what’s wrong and insist on the issues.
