Great Customer Service, Interface, & Pricing! - Very easy user interface. - Outstanding customer service! I needed to fix a small glitch in my survey. On a Sunday no less, Ognjen (a.k.a. David) Ugljenovic not only fixed the issue, but took extra time to make sure I fully understood some of the features. He went over and above to make sure I was happy with the survey I created. - The price is right (and lower than Survey Monkey, which I used last time I needed to create a survey, but they increased their prices out of my range.)
