They deserve a sixth star when my friend was released from the hospital early and there was only 30 minutes to deliver the flowers to the hospital. Daywind quickly responded to my email without any fuss.

I never received one of the items I… I never received one of the items I purchased. I randomly receive a refund for the shipping with no reason why, but not for the actual item. Added: I purchased mainly digital items, but also purchased a physical CD. I do know the difference. 1 on 1 was the title. It was never receive, nor was a refund given for the actual item.
