GBM48 Lightning Strike… EDIT 3/25/24: After almost three months, I was contacted by BUDK and offered options to resolve this issue. I chose a refund. Thank you BUDK Customer Service! EDIT: As of 2/14/24, I'm still awaiting word from BUDK Customer Service, although I'm not holding my breath. I purchased a M48 Lightning Strike Automatic knife 10/23/23. Most of the time the knife remained in my truck. The knife was dropped 12/21/23 and rendered completely inoperable. I was unable to contact BUDK until 12/31/23, eight days after the 60-day warranty expired, and was told nothing could be done to rectify the situation. I am now the proud owner of what amounts to a $90 paperweight. Therefore, I rate the experience 0 out of 5. Poor support to go along with a poor product.

GBThis was a steal This was a steal. If you keep an eye out you will get some great deals at BK. These knives are first rate in every respect. I don't thing that the ad included the fact that these knives also feature a spring assist which works flawlessly. I will get more for gifts for my friends and family. After being a customer for years I think that this might be the best buy which I have experienced.

GBI always purchase all my knives and… I always purchase all my knives and cutting tools from BudK and find them to be a good value for the products they sell. Been buying from them for over 10 years and their site is easy to navigate and order from and their customer service is great as well if you call in to order.

GBGreat company Almost every item that I've received has had no issues and they usually arrive within a two to three week time span. They are a great company as far as I'm concerned and if there are any questions their customer service does their best to answer them. The date given isn't the exact date since I can't remember it.
