Ghosted Me This Company has yet to answer three emails regarding my order. They took my order, took the funds out of my account, and now I've yet to receive any communication from them at all. No label printed, no email regarding my account or if the item has ever shipped. Nothing. They took my money, and just ghosted me. As of today, 01/20, I have to go through all the hassle of disputing this with my financial institution. These people are not a good place to buy your metals from. Stay with the Big Boys, and you won't get ripped off.

Excellent first time purchase Excellent first experience as a customer. I expected a delay due to the high demand for silver. LCR kept me informed on the status of my order throughout the entire process. Unfortunately the weather here and at point of shipping delayed goods received. USPS dropped the ball in leaving my silver in a wide open mailbox without a signature acquisition. No shocker with their poor services. This, however does not reflect upon LCR.
