All the equipment was packaged neatly and the instructions to any question you might have is there. I will admit there were times I thought I was missing instructions and was ready to give US karaoke a call, but once I looked over the complete instructions I found the answer to my question. BTW, if you are wondering whether song chips from the LS3700 would work with this machine ET23Pro or not, the answer is yes. You don't load the song chips in the microphone like the LS3700, but in the main system itself. The added feature of being able to choose more songs through an app is awesome and expands your song choices. I wouldn't mind ordering through US karaoke again in the future!
