GBThank you so much Thank you so much! It's nice to know that you have such a good Customer Service department--and it's really hard on students and faculty, and especially your online bookstore. This season has been particularly erratic with bundled "deals", and I know you must have a headache every day having to deal with these tedious issues. We really appreciate your help. This will certainly be a grand relief to our students when they finally receive their textbooks and resources.

GBI think what made my experience great… My name's Tamara Turner. I think what made my experience great is the options after I purchase my book. When I wasn't able to access my ebook there was another option with an link. It made access to my ebook more convenient.

GBUsually don’t have any mishaps with… Usually don’t have any mishaps with TextbookX. However, the last time I purchased portal access for my class, it did not give me a code. Instead, it told me to access the course through my school’s learning module. My course has not started yet, so there is no way for me to know if I actually have access to the portal. Hopefully my money does not go to waste.

GBI had a great experience! I had a great experience at the Valencia College Bookstore. I actually bought the wrong item initially but was able to quickly and efficiently and without much hassle cancel and repurchased what I actually needed without delay. I appreciated the ease of being able to rectify a problem when I ran into one. I think that also makes the shopping experience good as well.

GBI really enjoyed ordering my books I really enjoyed ordering my books from here! Usually there’s this long process and most importantly complicated process with other cites. But this one was different and I absolutely loved it. I entirely suggest this, and I plan on coming back with my other classes!
