It was very frustrating when some of my books did not come in and then I had to reorder them after my class had started and I needed to use the reading material. The shipping tracking is not accurate and if the product is late, you probably will not ever receive the item.

This season has been particularly erratic with bundled "deals", and I know you must have a headache every day having to deal with these tedious issues. We really appreciate your help. Reliable website that is easy to… Reliable website that is easy to navigate! It's great that they provide a comparison between new, used, rentals and ebooks. The only issue I had was that one of my textbooks was left out in the rain even though I have a porch where they could have left it, but I am sure that is an issue on behalf of the shipping company. Overall it is a very convenient website that organizes my class so I know which textbooks I need.

Great for first timers! For most of the books that I bought for my classes I have used this site. I never had a problem with the service itself. It's easy for the professor to put the textbook needed for class, and it sometimes puts the best deals you can find. I would go on amazon and find cheaper prices but that's only occasionally. Nevertheless it's very convenient and simple to use if it's your first time ordering textbooks online.
