The only issue I had was that one of my textbooks was left out in the rain even though I have a porch where they could have left it, but I am sure that is an issue on behalf of the shipping company. Overall it is a very convenient website that organizes my class so I know which textbooks I need.

It was very frustrating when some of my books did not come in and then I had to reorder them after my class had started and I needed to use the reading material. The shipping tracking is not accurate and if the product is late, you probably will not ever receive the item.

Instead, it told me to access the course through my school’s learning module. My course has not started yet, so there is no way for me to know if I actually have access to the portal. Hopefully my money does not go to waste.
