Best decision of my life During my first semester in college, I had no clue how I would get cheaper books online rather than buying them from the on campus bookstore. My sister who had attended the same college before recommended that I either rent or buy my books on this website. This has been a life saver! I saved so much money and the quality of the used books are just like new!

Not bad for a first time renter I rented a used book and it looks more worn-out than what was initially described in the description but overall, it's not that bad considering the low price. The shipping was fast which was great. I'm a little bit worried with returning the book because it's my first time renting through this company and I don't have much of a clue on how to return rentals but we'll see what happens by the end of the semester. :)

Misleading sales practices I purchased two books from rentbooks.com and thought I was getting a fair price. However, while found the biology book I was looking for new and it was listed under the correct ISBN: 9781285427812: Concepts and Applications, by Starr, 9th Edition, but it actually shipped as ISBN: 9781285427843 which is the instructor's edition which is copy right protected and they are not suppose to sell it to anyone which they obviously did. Furthermore they will not purchase it back when I'm done with it. So I bought the book thinking I could sell it back, but they refuse to buyback what they sold after I'm done with it.

timing I am freaking out because classes started Monday and it is now Wednesday. The last 2 semesters my books came to me "lickity split", but this 3rd time I am WAITING. Because these summer classes are only 8 weeks I have zero time to spare. I have 6 essays written that I cannot turn in because I am positive there will be quiz questions from the reading that will accompany it!!!

My text book experience I got my textbook right on time & the price to rent was just in my budget not to mention the service was awesome! However when I opened the book for the first time there was a mass amount of highlighting and writing inside the book. This was disappointing but besides that I would still use rentbooks.com again in the future for sure!!
