Very bad experience The gift was never received by the recipient and when asking for a refund no one replied to me. I spent 130 euros and my friend never received her gift. The service is very bad and I will never purchase from you ever again.

They use UPS which never even attempts… They use UPS which never even attempts delivery in France. And when they even do, they only deliver between 9am and 6pm when people are at work. What a joke. Oh, and their depot for picking it up yourself is 50km away!! Don’t use the absolute worst courrier service in Europe and expect to run a business properly. Find a different delivery provider than has local access/relay pickup points at local businesses or that delivers at night or early mornings before work like FedEx or DHL. Otherwise you’re essentially just running a scam. So you’ll never actually receive anything that you order from this place and will have to do a chargeback to your bank card because they won’t refund. Avoid. Nothing but a disaster on two or three separate occasions.

I ordered this from Australia to my… I ordered this from Australia to my son-in-law for his birthday - everything arrived on time and everyone was happy with the goods provided. I was a little disappointed in the size of the champagne supplied, but I'll maybe read the small print in the future. The bottle quantity was small compared to the photo.

Excellent customer service Christine provided excellent customer service throughout the delivery process to ensure that my 'thank you' gifts were received as planned even though there were issues that she had to resolve. I couldn't be happier with the service provided and would highly recommend. The recipient was delighted with the gifts also!
