Founded nearly at the beginning of online retail, CadoFrance was created to make it easy for people overseas to send gifts to France. Excellent customer service Christine provided excellent customer service throughout the delivery process to ensure that my 'thank you' gifts were received as planned even though there were issues that she had to resolve. I couldn't be happier with the service provided and would highly recommend. The recipient was delighted with the gifts also!

Very bad experience The gift was never received by the recipient and when asking for a refund no one replied to me. I spent 130 euros and my friend never received her gift. The service is very bad and I will never purchase from you ever again.

Pleased with the products; delivery service needs improvement The products are very nice and beautifully presented. I only have a problem with the way the deliveries are handled. A phone call to the recipient would save time and be more efficient. The delivery was delayed and had to be rescheduled which was disappointing to me, the sender.

Delivered Late :( Ordered on April 23rd for specific delivery date of May 6th, my friend's birthday. My parcel was only shipped out on May 5th, and did not make it on time. Expected delivery is not until May 9th. Why even have the option for a specific delivery date if they can't adhere to it? I ordered well in advance. EDIT: Customer service is very responsive, kind, and proactive. I had a very pleasant experience communicating with them via email. While we weren't able to complete the delivery, they offered alternatives and relieved my stress about the situation. Thank you guys for your wonderful customer service team!
