GBDon't preorder from this company I pre-ordered a nendroid back in March from this company. The nendroid released, after a month of waiting for it to arrive I sent a message to the site staff. They replied back saying they were waiting for the shipment to come in. A few months have passed. I went on their site to find that they had canceled my preorder and didn't bother to email me to let me know it was canceled. Or, tell me why they canceled my preorder. Thanks for nothing. Now I'll have to go look for the nendroid on ebay.

GB3 months after expected delivery and still no update I cant speak to the quality of the product because it hasn't arrived yet. I've been sent emails to rate my item because it essentially supposed to be here last May. I reached out a couple months ago and was told I would get an update but haven't received a single update

GBExcellent customer service Our package was delayed due to damage in shipping so we were sent another one at no cost--the catch is that we were moving out of state and had ordered the package to arrive before we left--we never received the replacement! So the company kindly sent us a third and included a free gift along with the sticker we ordered. So happy with the service we got!! And the bumper sticker I ordered is cute and great quality.
