Great buying experience and customer service! Ticketsreview is awesome! I usually buy my tickets through another company and last month, I ordered tickets to a concert which they didn't have but Ticketsreview did. Long story short, the customer service was helpfulwhen I called to buy tickets to the day of the event. I was impressed . I purchased tickets to another concert last week and everything was good. A little nervous not to know specific seat location/numbers, but when we arrived at the concert venue that same day, we had the best in the house. I would use this service again based on this experience.

it's a scam They took my money (almost double face amount of ticket) promising row 5 seats. When the tickets arrived they were for the 12th row - no notice from the company that they didn't have the seats I ordered, no refund of course. Never again.
