Most Helpfull Service Ever Very happy with the service and items. I ordered the wrong stuff, twice. Dogfunk made the return process painless and effortless. I also had my stuff shipped to the wrong address, twice. Dogfunk intercepted the deliveries and got it to me fast. Also, a lot of what I ordered went on sale days later and they gave me the difference immediately. Overall I spoke with about seven customer service agents and all were pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful.

Never going to order from them again Never received shipping confirmation as well as the order cancelation. When i called them all they told me they are not comfortable in shipping my order, and that's after 11 days i placed it. Uncomfortable to receive new orders? Will not place another order with them and won't reccoment them

Really? Totally crappy service. I received a box with no packing material and I spent $150 on a watch which was not in its original box and completely without users booklet or warranty info. When I complained, they ignored me. I would stay away.

Great customer service Great customer service. Unlimited return policy is amazing also. I order boots, they were too big. I sent them back and got the next size down. Couldn't ask for more.
