I had initially thought badly of this… I had initially thought badly of this company as it took quite a while to answer my email issue. BUT they did reply (had been off for personal reasons). Once they were in touch they couldn't have been more helpful. Even though my emails were more and more frustrated, they were courteous, kind and helpful.

I love all the items I ordered! I love the items advertised, exactly what I'm looking for and a good well made quality product. The graphics on the shirts is excellent compare to other material I ordered from other companies. Ishall do further business with this company. I had a wrong size item sent to me and the response time was excellent. They made good on sending me the correct size! I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you, again GHIBLI Company!!

Long shipping but good product Shipping took a long time and a confirmation email for the purchase came a few days later. But the product was still as promised! So I'm not disappointed :)

Ghibli-Merch.com Ghibli-Merch.com ... so, not going to lie, I did think this was a scam website (after purchasing) because I didn't recieve a tracking number, only a notification it had been processed, and the items are cheaper than elsewhere online with heaps more variety (so naturally, I was suspicious). Anyway, fast forward 4 weeks later, and it's here, and I am actually really impressed with my order. Might have waited longer than most stores to recieve, but well worth it. Will shop with them again!
