GBGood tour however... Good tour however it was spoiled a little by the insensitivity of the two guides who seemed to think it funny to joke about the death of Queen Elizabeth II. It was in bad taste, especially as it was only 2 days after her death and there were quite people on board who felt it unnecessary. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, you just don't always need to air them!

GBI felt that I was let down I felt that I was let down. The performers outside the bus weren’t always that engaged with their audience. It was not what I would have expected but maybe I have been spoilt by seeing some absolutely awesome shows elsewhere on a bud

GBPoor The Ride started off good for the first 15 minutes then due to 42nd street being closed the bus had to go another route which meant the two people entertaining us didn't know what to do and basically rambled on which meant we didn't get the experience we had hoped for. Disappointed were not offered a refund as very expensive.
PS
GBA bit disappointing The Ride was very entertaining however a bit of a disappointment. I took this tour in either 2018 or 2019 and it was so very very informative about the history of Manhattan. A real history lesson with virtual glasses. I’m sure the glasses had to go after the pandemic but no reason to drop the history. Instead we drove around and around Times Square.

SEAmazing! What a great experience this was! We did have our first two bookings cancelled but fortunately support was quick and we still managed to squeeze this in to our busy schedule for the week. Totally worth it! The “guides” if you will were amazing, fun and very talented. The bus itself was great as well with lights and screens. The performers out on the street were great to watch and it was overall just so much fun. If you ever visit New York, this is a MUST for sure.
