GBJust the worst customer service...worst experience...but I got the equipment I eventually got all the equipment I ordered. And it's true the price was excellent. But it took six months, and many dealings with customer service and, finally, what got their attention...challenging the Visa charges. Their "live chat" is a joke. It's clear that what they do is take your payment and then try to find the equipment. They immediately list "UPS Ticket Generated" which simply means that they have generated a packing slip for UPS. That has nothing to do with whether or not that slip has been affixed to a package or UPS has been contacted. In my opinion, what I got in stress and anguish from them was not worth the price savings.
