Fast Service, Slow Delivery I had two identical Delta faucets that were in need of repair. Both were dripping to where they could not be stopped. One was also leaking from the handle flooding the countertop and floor. WARRANTY VALET was very prompt, friendly and professional - I give them 5 Stars. The faucet company sent two replacement parts. It fixed one but the one handle was still leaking. They then sent the same exact part after I sent them a pic of what part looked like it was in need of repair. After I reported that, it took forever for it to be delivered. They would have got a 5 Star if they would have just overnighted it after they sent wrong part. Date I first reported issue, December 8, 2023. Date I received last part to fix my issue, January 9, 2024.

This company is great This company is great. If you don’t want to waist your time calling customer service to claim the warranty just let WARRANTY VALET do it for you. They will try and try to work with customer service until you get warranty parts. Thank you so much Melissa, you are truly a professional. They helped me warranty two pairs of… They helped me warranty two pairs of kids sneakers. Not sure why I need a yearly membership to evoke a consumer warranty. Not sure why puma won't just handle the warranty, but they made the process very easy for under $20 bucks a year. I guess it is kind of like asurion
