GBThis site is a joke customer service is… This site is a joke customer service is horrible the refund policy completely sucks on top of that there sold out of everything and they don't restock so they have no problem taking your money .but good luck getting it back I still have yet to see my money back and it's been 5 weeks and still no refund ........socal hobbies is 100% b i t c h made .a scam .and rip-off

GBNeeds improvment... I have edited this since my first post (1 star) as I have managed to get things resolved... However, it took nearly 3 months to get all of my order delivered... Now I do appreciate people are busy - but communication is key, delivering what you sell is essential, especially if you sell online. I didnt receive the best of service to say the least. Im sure he has taken this on board hence me adjusting my feedback.

GBDeceptive and nearly impossible to reach Ordered multiple items mid-November for nearly $1,000, and after a week of no info from the shop, I emailed. "Ran out right before you ordered. Waiting on restock." I asked for a refund after more ignored emails and BS. Then... more silence. Won't return voicemails or emails. The shop finally replied to a message on Facebook saying they would cancel and refund my order. Then they clarified that the refund won't be issued until the end of December. They process refunds "on the 25th of each month." In short, they lie about inventory just to get your money; then they lie about their ability to get new inventory just to keep your money; and then, finally, even after they've reluctantly agreed to issue a refund, they say it's going to be weeks before they get to it. Did I mention they still show this product as In Stock? They also still show it as In Stock on their eBay store. Just an unbelievably deceptive and hostile business. January 2023 update - the 25th of December (his arbitrary single day of the month for issuing refunds) came and went with no refund. They’ve now been holding my money (about $1,000) for over 6 weeks. On Facebook messenger he told me: “If you want your money faster, call your credit card company and file a dispute.” Astonishing. I’ve never encountered such open hostility and anti-consumer conduct from a small business owner before.
