couldn’t be happier I just got my order and I’m so happy. The quality is amazing!! Customer service is great and super helpful, they helped me pick my size in the Terra set and it fits absolutely perfect and my order came in 2 days. I got a free pair or lashes in my order and the packaging is so cute! I know these pieces will last me forever because the quality is A1. Hesitated to order first due to the reviews on here but I decided to give it a try because I’ve seen all tagged customers on instagram. I had no troubles what so ever, this is honestly the first time I’ve been 100% satisfied with a brand and I shop a lot from ”instagram stores”. The bad reviews are very unfair so I had to leave mine on here. I couldn’t be happier, you definitely gained a returning customer here!

no customer service but good clothes i’ve written a review about them about a week ago as i had a really bad experience with customer service, payments, and contacting them. as of the emails i’ve sent to them which i referred to in my last post they still have not yet responded. the customer service just isn’t there at all and i really feel like that needs to be worked on. i’m giving them a 3 star this time because i received my order fairly quickly in about a week and it shipped out the next day after i ordered. the clothes are really good quality they are quite thick so the material is definitely worth the price. and they also gave me a pair of free lashes in my order which are also super cute. i did not have trouble with my order itself but the customer service really needs to be worked on as many customers may find this frustrating when trying to reach you because they are trying to support your business and just want help. other than that the clothes are cute

THE WORST It has been 2 weeks since I emailed about my order that didn’t even arrive and no responde since! I have been patienly waiting for someone to response but seems like the customer service doesn’t even care. I also contacted FedEx and was advised to contact the seller. No one got back to me till this day and I spent over £200 on this order. I ordered once and definitely not going to order again. Horrible customer service think twice before you buy something. Gained life time customer. So pleased. Recently I won one of their giveaways on Tiktok. I received the set and the quality was AMAZING, I immediately set my alarm for the next drop and got both the Gasoline and Cedar sweatsuit, they are soooo nice, even better in real life. Customer service helped me pick out the right size and it turned out so well, the team is incredibly nice and helpful. I’m so pleased with the fit and quality, the quality of their sweatsuits are very very premium. Shipping was extremely fast too. I only have great things to say about them and they have now definitely gained a customer for life.
