They had a nice customer service guy I tried this place out a little while ago (I am a concert junkie!!) and I remember that when I called, they had a nice customer service guy. Don't remember his name. He helped me with the seating charts and answered a bunch of questions, was an all around sweet person. And the concert we went to was pretty sweet too!

I wanted to buy four tickets to REO… I wanted to buy four tickets to REO Speedwagon in Rohnert Park, near Santa Rosa California. Tickets went for 59–70 dollars until they sold out. Then, click it ticket took over with the spirit of Donald Trump and wanted to sell me four tickets for $650. Part of the fee included $15 per ticket to mail them and $40 per ticket for some unspecified fee. The ticket price was $122 to sit where a $70 ticket would have put you. Don’t buy tickets from click it ticket!
