The worst online mixing service ever. Ordered and uploaded files on Dec. 15. Uploaded the rough mix on the next day and no message nor notification till I ask. Then never heard of him for 10 days and then finally sent a terrible mix. The message with the download link did say it was already mastered. I thought there's no hope of getting good mix from him so said "thanks for your work". Then he said it was actually unmastered and would redo shortly. That's all. It means he has not completed the task I already paid. There should be tons of engineers online much better than this studio. I ordered the same song to several online mixing services and this studio is absolutely the worst in both quality and communication.

Great Mixes and very helpful staff! Can't Go Wrong! I chose Mix Studios after viewing several web pages and YouTube tutorials, and instantly found Tommy Peluso very helpful and easy to work with. This was my first time working with a professional mixer, as I just finished a Diploma of Music Recording and Production myself, and have a home recording studio, but wanted Tommy's expert work and advice to get the best mix possible. I have had great reviews for my debut single "Falling" already, and have subsequently been nominated for TAFE Queensland East Coast Student of the Year Award here in Australia. I briefly chatted with Tommy via webchat and submitted my files a few days later on a Friday. By Monday I had a rough mix which sounded great. I requested a few changes and we got the mix dialed in through a live streaming session. On Friday (one week after submission), I had a mixed WAV file ready for distribution. I now have a professionally mixed track that I can use as a reference point for future recordings and mixes. I would not hesitate to use Mixstudios for my next project.
