GBscuba.com absolutely sucks absolutely sucks - i ordered a pole spear 2 weeks before a guys fish hunting trip and they shipped me a used bent spear, nice, right. then the returns reps lied and lied and lied about when the replacement would come. never came before my trip. yay. NEVER use scuba.com. NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBReturn Shipping is On You!! Don't use Scuba.com if you are buying anything you wear. They don't do free returns on anything unless it's a factory default. Sizing being off is NOT considered a factory default!!! If it's labeled a 10 and it fits like an 11, too bad so sad. There response: "It's Company Policy"

GBALL Experiences Have Been Positive (+++++) I have purchased from this business (SCUBA.COM) several times. In each case, I feel my efforts to buy - I'm not an expert - have been aided by sound technical guidance from and the "opinions" of the "instructor" with whom I was dealing. My most recent contact concerned a mask with missing parts; I called to ask about replacement parts. After viewing photos I sent of a mask strap assembly, Arthur, (my SCUBA.COM instructor) offered a new mask with expedited shipping to my vacation destination. I was able to add a back-up strap for a set of fins without incurring a shipping fee. I feel my experiences over several years demonstrate that SCUBA.COM offers sound support (without sales pressure), very good prices, prompt delivery, good communication (including identification of backordered items), and a willingness to stand behind the products they sell. I would recommend them (SCUBA.COM) to anyone.

GBGREAT people to work with!!! In the past several weeks I've purchased two dive computers from Scuba.com. The first time I worked with Bob and this last purchase I worked with Arthur. What consistently knowledgeable people these are! They didn't beat me up to talk me into what I didn't want. They helped match me to what I needed. Oh yes, Scuba.com's prices smoked the competition.

GBI ordered three tanks and had to return… I ordered three tanks and had to return one. The shipping company says it was delivered and provided proof. After a month of waiting for the company to "research" why I wasn't credited for the return they denied they received the item. Ultimately, they said to take it up with the shipping company and the time to file a claim with the shipping company had also elapsed. $450 lots but not forgotten. Most people were helpful trying to resolve the issue, but Callie S. was dismissive.
