Sales team is very knowledgeable and get you into a nice setup. Online there's a lot in stock and shipping was fast. Need to take my gear in to be serviced soon!

GBsecond time that it took months to fix… second time that it took months to fix something. This time 2 tanks for hydros and 1 transmitter pod for battery replacement. 3 1/2 months later and no contacts or completion.. horrible customer service.

GBTerrible customer service ordered two… Terrible customer service ordered two 80lb tanks 2 months ago only one arrived. Immediately contacted UPS and Scuba to make claim. Have gotten nothing but a run around since, keep asking for pictures of a non-existent item that we never received! Tried disputing the order through the Credit Card company, unfortunately it is also handled by the same company so got the same run around! Would never recommend this company worst experience ever!

What consistently knowledgeable people these are! They didn't beat me up to talk me into what I didn't want. They helped match me to what I needed. Oh yes, Scuba.com's prices smoked the competition.
