GBTerrible Service. Terrible Company. They had a design that had three options; "sticker," "iron-on," and "sew-on"--I chose the iron-on option, and believed that meant a patch. From PatchCollection. Weird, right? I requested the correct item and was told I got the correct item... then they removed the "iron-on" and "sew-on" options because they were confusing. Terrible customer service. Terrible company.

GBGreat patches and prices The detailing on the patches is 1:1 what you see on the site; no catfishing here. The shipping is fast as heck and the quality of the patches are dope too. Will buy from again and recommend to others too.

GBPotential counterfeits mixed with authentics Patch Collection offers retail patches, but they also produce patches in house for their own brands. I heavily suspect that when retail patches are out of stock, they will sometimes be replaced with counterfeit in house patches, and will be placed in authentic packaging. Packaging is often tampered with with it being reopened and re-sealed, tags are cut off that showed product SKU, and patch quality and size are noticeably different than authentic patches when compared side to side. TLDR: I suspect that Patch Collection opens authentic patches and uses their packaging to put fake patches in to sell to the consumer. I've seen this with NHL and MLB patches. I have stopped buying from CP and only purchases patches directly through National Emblem or The Emblem Source.

GBDon’t buy here; they won’t meet delivery date promised I ordered 3 patches that were to arrive on 10/11/22 to see on jerseys we bought to wear to a playoff baseball game. It is now 10/13 and they still haven’t arrived and now tracking info says they won’t be here until after 10/14 or game day. I highly recommend NEVER buying from this company as timely delivery is an issue. I now read other reviews about the same issue. Had I known, I wouldn’t have ordered from them.
