Try Harrisburg Store Once I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at Harrisburg Store. It was shipped in a timely manner & arrived when promised. It was a pleasure doing business with a store that put it's customers first. I would recommend you try them once & you'll order again & again.

I received a wrong item. I received wrong order and called and called and nobody answers the phone so I left an angry message. I got an email telling me to send a picture of what I received. the issue is not resolved yet. My experience so far is a total disappointment and I do not think I will order anything else form this company. They do not have a customer service which the pretend they have and you can never talk to a person. They immediately say they are busy and wants you to leave a message. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WAY TO DO TODAY'S BUSINESS.

Shipping not on time Paid extra for express shipping for my wedding to find out it wouldn't ship on time. So I had to contact ups to pay extra for shipping again. When I contacted Harrisburg they told me they don't have an option for express shipping... then what did I pay extra for...?

Update They sent me the wrong product which I'm still trying to get resolved! This is an update to my original review. The company has given me a total refund for the mistake made when the wrong product was sent to me. Thank you very much James, I appreciate your attention to my concern.

I placed the order and my water bottles … I placed the order and my water bottles came damaged and leaking throughout the box. I was also promised this wound come FedEx and that did not happen either. Very disappointed.
