GBShipping not on time Paid extra for express shipping for my wedding to find out it wouldn't ship on time. So I had to contact ups to pay extra for shipping again. When I contacted Harrisburg they told me they don't have an option for express shipping... then what did I pay extra for...?

GBLove the jelly , company does a stellar job The jelly I purchased is hard to locate. I searched Google and found a few places which carried it at exorbitant prices. This company carried it at a reasonable price, site was easy to navigate, communication was thorough throughout the transaction. I will definitely purchase here again and will peruse their other products. Thanks!!!!!

GBUpdate They sent me the wrong product which I'm still trying to get resolved! This is an update to my original review. The company has given me a total refund for the mistake made when the wrong product was sent to me. Thank you very much James, I appreciate your attention to my concern.

GBWorst Customer Service EVER Shipped wrong product. Held my payment until I returned what was sent. Claimed they couldn't just sen correct product, I was supposed to start whole new process..... FORGET IT!

GBWorst shopping experience I ordered a large order and after hours of communication with their customer service, I have been left with an incomplete shipment with no further action is being taken by their people. The order has not been shipped completely and I am still struggling to resolve the matter. After 20 years of on-line shopping, I must admit this is my worst online shopping experience.
