The price was excellent, my order was shipped within less than 24 hours after I placed it, and it was received in excellent condition. I placed the order and my water bottles … I placed the order and my water bottles came damaged and leaking throughout the box. I was also promised this wound come FedEx and that did not happen either. Very disappointed.

Hot Cherry Peppers My husband loves his hot cherry peppers, but we live Georgia where their food preferences are different than those of us northerners. I ordered six jars of hot cherry peppers as a Christmas gift and he was over the moon!

Ordered six items but received one for the same price as six. I ordered a "pack of six" but only one item was delivered at the same price as the advertised six. I emailed the company and addressed the discrepancy and they did promptly respond that the error was due to a "glitch" and offered to refund my money after I sent them a photo of the box, its contents, and the packing slip which I had fortunately saved.I have returned the item and packing slip in the original box and was advised that I will receive a full refund including shipping fees. There has not been time since I returned the item to receive the refund and I do not anticipate problems. Other than receiving the wrong order and going to the trouble of sending photos via email and having to repack and mail the item back , I have been pleased with their prompt response and willingness to resolve the problem.

You should update your website to remove products that you no longer sell. Very disappointed with the customer service team.
