GBReturn My husband received fins for his birthday and they were too big. Instead of exchanging them we would have to place a new order which is hard to do being that it was a gift and we have to ask the person to do it for him. We also had to pay $50 out of our own pockets just to return the fins. Ridiculous really this day in age when most companies issue a return slip. This fins were only 90 or so dollars to begin with. Poor customer service really. The person I talked to didn't really care and wasn't trying to help. Will not shop here again.
