Paid 12 month subscription, got 5. Junk Paid for a 12 month subscription, received 5 of 12 then nothing. No response ever from customer service. And the 5 that arrived were worth about $20 and certainly not $50. Complete scam. The owner/owners should be ashamed of themselves. And probably ripped off the companies that make the products. RUN from this subscription box.

Not happy with how this company is managed. Placed order for one year, prior to receiving first order request order be cancelled. Request was denied. Returned many boxes unopen for a credit however only received one credit. Tried working with company but was unsuccessful. I was suppose to receive emails prior to shipments never received emails. Not a friendly company to work with. Will not recommend buying from company.

Complete junk Complete junk. Cannot believe that I paid $75 per box for $20 worth of junk. I am beyond disappointed. This company should be embarrassed, I know I am embarrassed to have given it as a gift. Complete waste of money. They are essentially stealing from people. Definitely not delivering what they promised.

Taking Advantage of Patriots - Reprehensible! After having no significant issues for the first year, my subscription renewed 10 months ago and I have received exactly ONE crate. The one crate I received only after sending an email inquiry and it was extremely sub par compared to previous crates. We cut them some slack because we know there have been some supply chain issues. But we have not received a single crate since that one 9 months ago. I have requested a refund - no response other than the auto-response saying they would respond within 1 business day. That was FIVE business days ago and NOTHING. TERRIBLE!

Do not get this crate Do not get this crate. It’s a scam and any positive feedback is theirs. Paid $140 in January for a February shipment that never came. They said they would send out replacement. Sent $25 worth of air fresheners, a dip mix and field toothbrush. Said they forgot to ship two items, said they were out and had me pick replacements. Never shipped and they stopped responding to me a month ago. Huge scam with terrible customer service. Unfortunate they are using America in their name as they don’t have a hint of true American in them. Please don’t fall for their scam.
