Discogs will not even reply to my… Discogs will not even reply to my review request. Bought an item and seller took 7 days to ship even though on the sellers page it says that they ship in 2 business days. Took 7 calendar days (5 or 6 business days, no holiday). Discogs never replied and never took down retaliatory review. Now a buyer took 9 calendar days to ship and simply wrote back "It happens sometimes" with ZERO apology of any kind! Was reluctant to leave negative feedback as it will likely cause me to get another retaliatory negative review when I did not do anything wrong. I purchase about $5,000 a year and sell about $10-12,000 a year on this platform and seriously thinking of bailing and moving it all to my eBay and Amazon selling pages!!! All of this after Discogs recently raised fees with no discernable improvement on their site at all!

PRIVACY VIOLATION!! DISCOGS REFUSES TO REPLY!! BE AWARE!! Discogs Staff & Community Support Specialist still haven't replied to my countless tickets for many months now regarding PRIVACY VIOLATION. My identity (personal information) & actions on Discogs were leaked out from a specific Discogs Staff to a 'High Ranked' user who exposed my identity & actions publicly!! Despite all irrefutable proofs & screenshots I attached, all my tickets & complaints are still marked by Discogs as 'Solved', avoiding to give me any explanation on my issue! I even wrote to Discogs Messenger explaining the whole situation and they told me to address to Discogs Support Center, which I did countless times so far!! I've also been a victim of abusive behavior such as "ping DtF (DOWN TO F***) so he knows what's going on" and more...of course all with proofs/screenshots. All my reports/complaints were in the frame of Discogs guidelines while I was also polite with everything. As this wasn't enough, the same Discogs Staff member blocked my account from contributing to the database the same moment when I reported Privacy Violation, since he had shared my personal data with the specific user who exposed my identity. So ever since I wasn't be able to edit anything, even my own releases, nothing at all! That is how Discogs works and there's a ton of evidence! This is ILLEGAL & completely unfair!! Discogs is a non objective music database manipulated by its Staff & their 'High Ranked Users' who have the power to vote and decide about your own music/releases, no matter if the mass (or you) support a different opinion. The conclusion is yours... PS: PLEASE IF A LEGAL ADVISOR READS THIS I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HIS OPINION. THANK YOU

All good for me. A lot of negative reviews but I can only speak as I find. Bought from various sellers on the website and have had nothing but good experiences. Most recent item came from overseas, arrived quickly and carefully packaged.

Absolute scam do not buy from Discogs… Absolute scam do not buy from Discogs ordered and paid for an album which did not arrive. When I emailed I was informed that my purchase had been returned and if I wanted it I would have to pay again. No thanks once bitten twice shy Discogs will not scam me again and I advise others not too either Andy

They remove negative feedback Most sellers seems to be legitimate, but when things go wrong Discogs removes negative feedback left behind from buyers. Bought an expensive EP Mint condition. Sleeve was heavily damaged. I left a negative feedback which seems to have been removed later.
