Horrible Communication! Terrible customer service. It takes them several days to a week to respond to any inquiries. I recently placed an order with Deep Discount, but unfortunately, it didn't go through. The worst part is that no one from the company contacted me regarding the issue. I had to reach out to them myself to ask why my order didn't ship. That's no way to run a business! They lost a customer

Placed a preorder Placed a preorder, item came out waited weeks, called notified that there were over 4900 back orders. My son had been waiting on this, I got on game stop and placed the order right away no back order. Waiting for confirmation email about cancellation not confident I will receive one. Go to a well known company the small amount of money you may save does not fix the disappoint if you dont receive your order.

Actually impressed. My wife bought me some LPs for my birthday. She let me pick them and Deepdiscount had the best prices. They arrived promptly and were packed appropriately to prevent damage during transit. Received status reports along the way. Since then I have ordered 3 times from them and the products were consistently what I ordered and they were solidly packaged. It would seem to me that they have become more reliable with improved customer service. No complaints. Am impressed actually.

Check Stock! I can't say that I've had a bad experience per say, everything that I've ordered from these guys I've received in great condition and super fast shipping. Actually scary super fast shipping! The only gripe I have is please check your stock regularly, cause its just annoying when something says its in stock when its not. I can't complain too much as I've always got a refund for unavailable items.

By far the worst shopping website ever I placed 4 different orders on Deep Discount. I had problems with literally all of them. The first two were cancelled at the last minute. The third, they shipped half of the order and it took MONTHS before getting a partial refund. The fourth, they cancelled and refunded half of the order without telling me (got a notification from PayPal), but only refunded the item they cancelled PARTIALLY. This is literally a scam. I can't believe I was dumb enough to order four times on that website, but I will definitely never do it again.
