Back ordered! Back ordered! Back ordered! This company has lots of products listed on their site but will not tell you it's back ordered until after the purchase. Poor way to run your business.

Horrible Horrible. Just horrible. Me and my son waited and waited and ended up it was even shipped. But money were already taken. Wasted almost one month. Got from amazon in 1 day. Go to amazon everyone. Much better. Customer service is....can't express with words. They ain't care about you.

Filled order when never had the product I had 2 orders. One was never filled. I contacted customer service and no response, so I eventually cancelled. My next order, FA cancelled my order on me, without explanation. Bottom line, FA makes you think you ordered a product in stock when in reality they don't have it. Which is a total waste of time
