Not bad at all I find its fast and simple shopping online as long as the site is user friendly and rock forever is def. one of those sites. they have great stuff that you can't find anywhere else. the prices arent too bad either. its one of the only places to find vintage shirts. they have a huge variety of rock memorabilia and punk stuff too. shipping was reasonable fast, but not within 24 hours. did not need to contact customer service. order/shipping notification e-mails received. order packaging is good, nothing special. no annoyning ads in the package

Read reviews here and decided to order anyway. it's not worth it. I looked at reviews on here and against my better judgement i ordered a simple black color front print on a white shirt from them. I even brought up the fact that I read the bad reviews on them and I told them I expected good service. I did not get that. I ordered my shirt on February 10, and i was shown an estimated delivery date of February 15. It is currently February 15, and not only have I not received my package, the order I placed hasn't even been processed. Horrible experience. When someone says it will be here on a certain date, it should be here on that date, let alone processed by it. February is a slow month and there is no reason for a shirt to take over a week to ship, let alone process. UPDATE: my order was finally processed, and my shirt shipped on the 19th, I have not yet received it and it is the 21st. I still don't like waiting almost 2 weeks for a simple shirt.

Worst online shopping experience to date. Ordered a t-shirt ('Stylo' shirt - Female - V-neck) from rerock4ever, a week after payment no invoice or even an email was sent. I checked my email account details whilst signing up, and they were correct. Log in details are not working, although again, these were checked carefully. Having paid by debit card and recieving no invoice or email, there is a possibility that i'm a victim of fraud - if you can find an alternative to this site, take it.

Terrible Service Terrible Customer Service Waste of Time Ordered 9/28. Received order confirmation. Said it would be delivered 10/07. Nothing ever received. Sent Customer Service at least two emails. Nothing. Their website said I did not exist. Could no longer sign in. Then website went down. Filed claim with PayPal. Still they never responded to any of my emails. Finally ended up canceling order and getting my money back thanks to PayPal. Thanks for wasting my valuable time. Never ever will I do business with this entity.

Don't use this rubbish website!!! It's definitely a scam! I ordered something about a month ago, and just thought it'd take time because I live in the UK..however I sent them messages and they didn't respond, and after seeing all the bad reviews on here I got rather concerned! So I asked to refund my money via Paypal and luckily they sent a refund on the same day (which is today). Don't use the website/company, it seems to be run by ghosts...in my case there was never any t-shirt and I was seemingly waiting around for something that would never arrive! Ridiculous. They'll only mess you about so don't give them your money and be careful!
