I pre-ordered a record in October I pre-ordered a record in October, and still have not received it in April. I have called, emailed, and Facebook messaged them and I have gotten no response since Febuary. Also foolishly placed another preorder in January for an April Release. The release date was a week ago and I have still not heard a word about anything. Hoping bombarding them with messages/ reviews will trigger a response. Otherwise I will have to dispute these charges with my bank

Great to work with My label (Black Hole Records) has been selling through Interpunk for several years. They are always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and quick to send out a check when I request it. I have only made one purchase through Interpunk, but it arrived swiftly and with no problems.

I had my card compromised the day after… I had my card compromised the day after making a purchase from Interpunk. I used to use the site without issue (over 3 years ago and for 10 years prior), but now it's a mess. I reached out to support concerning the card details being stolen, but their email inbox is actually full so the message was never received. Not a surprise, given what I've read here and other places. The twitter has been inactive for 2 years ... so I am thinking maybe the page was taken over by a scammer of some kind within that time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

SCAM WEBSITE - DO NOT USE! Placed an order for several items that were all listed as being in stock. Since then, some items are listed as unable to order, some are still showing as in stock, yet my order status has all items as "on order (expected in stock soon)" There has been no response to messages sent to clarify the issue. A few weeks later my card information has been used on various websites to obtain close to $3000 worth of stock. After searching online I can see many other people have had the same experience. Currently attempting to get all charges reversed with my bank. Absolute scam. Not sure how this guy hasn't been arrested yet.

I got scammed as well I got scammed as well. I used to buy from this site many years ago. I thought why not support a website I already know instead of all these big websites and that was wrong thinking obviously. Haven't received my items, nor a response or tracking info. It just says "shipped/completed" on July 28th. How do I get my money back?
